New Role! New Job!!

I had been offline for last couple of days, I must say last two months!
This is what happened when I was offline and did not update this space.

I finally quit Mondera after working for close to 7 years and thought its time for me to move on.

Sometime around Aug 12th I got an email from Mr. Andre Strul from clickInc checking to see if I am interested in looking out for a new job. Then both of us agreed, the interview went on well, I had couple of discussions, shooting emails too and fro, and Phone conversions and so on.
In the process, both of us felt that both were so passionate about the job we do and the enthusiasm, manage, motivate and develop a certain personal relationship for keeping the affiliate partners happy so we are very much in business is what got us together and I was happy and agreed to work with Andre.

Yesterday I started with my new role as Affiliate Partner Manager with clickInc.

Little about ClickInc,

Click Inc provides hosted affiliate management software. This software helps the merchants to manage there affiliate program. ClickInc, not only will offer the merchant a software solution but also manage the entire affiliate program. It’s a one stop shop for Merchants who want to run there affiliate program. All they do is just to contact us and we take it from there, from consulting, to suggestions to recruiting to managing the day to day activities of the program.

Mondera re-branding to Mouawad

Dear Mondera Partners,
During April we decided that Mondera will officially change its name to Mouawad at the end of May 2010. This change was planned as part of a larger business strategy involving the in-house design and manufacture of a whole new product line under the Mouawad brand name. For affiliates, this new business strategy meant even greater opportunities in the months and years ahead. Best of all, because Mouawad will be manufacturing its own products, delivery times would be faster. That means more satisfied customers and ultimately even better conversions.
However, in order for us to get our re-branding perfect we have decided to postpone the re-branding to just after the holidays. The good news is that, Affiliates would still continue to promote Mondera, which means there is no change over of links, banners or datafeeds at your end till after the Holiday season!

After a short hiatus, what we have decided is to give a fresh look to website, Mondera by Mouawad will be more user friendly, bigger product display and easy navigation. The entire team is working on this new and fresh look which will be a step forward to our re-branding effort as well. We are excited about the new look and hope you’ll join us in the launch.

When does Mondera New Look go live?
Mondera by Mouawad is scheduled to go live by July 15th. That means the changeover happens only on the mid night of July 14th.

Why did Mondera launch a new site?
As mentioned earlier, the main goal behind Mondera by Mouawad is to make it more user friendly website. The new look will have enhanced diamond search capability and Design your own ring feature providing more options to the customer and make it much easier in the purchase cycle. New Mondera site also provides enhanced navigation, search, and product filtering capabilities. Consumers can now narrow their selection to generate a product assortment customized to their specifications.

It's been a long time since i have updated my blog! Off late I was swamped with lots of work, as there is a major change that is going to Happen at our end. Mondera will officially change its name to Mouawad at the end of May 2010 or Early June 2010. Any Buyers or Investors for a 36000 SFT Mulitstory Apartment Complex

Little off Topic from what I generally update here! Yesterday, I met my old friend Yetish Reddy, from Hema Builders and Developers, Poor fellow he was so upset, as he had invested all his savings in construction of a Multistory Apartment complex, closer to new Airport in Bangalore.

So he requested me, if I could be of any help to him… Then for a moment I thought why not add this topic in my blog, see if there are any takers or investors which could help him to come out of this painful situation. Recession period has definitely hurt the small time upcoming talents here… one such person this friend of mine!!

The very little details I have about the construction site, as per I know is a 36000 SFT multistory Apartment complex, which they have laid the pillars and constructed till the first roof… Now more details I could probably give his contact details so they could contact him directly!!

What’s in for me? Well this guy was the one who helped me 6 years back when I was going through the rough patch in life.
